The holiday season is filled with traditions and even though this year has been different, Tiffin is keeping their traditions alive! On Saturday, December 5th Tiffin held its annual Downtown Christmas Walk. Laura’s Lenses was able to be there and share all the festivities thanks to Destination Seneca County and the Tiffin Chamber of Commerce for sponsoring this video!
How the Walk Works…
The walk works by buying a ticket for $25 from Simply Susan’s. The ticket has the participating businesses listed as well a map of where they are all located. On the day of the walk we visited each business, explored what things they have, and talked to the people who work there. At each location we got our ticket signed or punched and by doing that we got a free gift at every stop.

We talked to Susan, from Simply Susan’s, who is one of the organizers of the event, Amy Reinhart, who is the Downtown Main Street Manager here in Tiffin, Bryce Riggs, who is the Director of the Tiffin Chamber of Commerce, Leverne Burns, owner of Burns Electric which is one of the participating stores, Beth Mattia, who works at Kesler & Co which is one of the participating stores on the walk, and Linda Bowers, a local community member.
We also visited JAM’s Market and talked to Jami Fadley who is the organizer of that event. JAM's Monthly Markets provides our community with a shopping experience unlike any other. Each month they host artists, small businesses, and non profits at their markets and give them a platform and space in which to sell products and show the community what they can provide. It’s something to look forward to each month.
